With a strong focus on retaining employees that bring highly sought-after skills and specialist knowledge, Walz Marine believes in a small multi-skilled team and invests heavily in regular training for its workforce. Our team of 15 people are all experienced at sea and in handling marine projects. Our expertise in working on water combined with a good understanding of structural and mechanical engineering is what makes Walz Marine industry leaders. Our skippers are ticketed to Skipper 4 and 5 levels and together with the rest of the team, undergo regular training to update skills and innovate work practices.

The envy of other marine companies, Walz Marine’s ever-growing fleet of state-ofthe-art equipment is rigorously maintained and the team takes great care in protecting client equipment. With two new piling hammers, a second tug with a leveling system, new GPS survey system and another jack up barge with a 400 tonne crane expected by Christmas, Walz Marine is investing heavily in the future of the company.
